Dear KCR Supporters, Followers, Runners, Friends and all:

Firstly, KCR would like to thank you all for your continued interest and patience over the last few months as we have been undergoing some internal changes and restructuring. We know that many of you have been waiting for updates on our next running event, and we do appreciate your continued support and dedication.

As many of our previous KCR runners are aware, our last half marathon event held on November 2013 was a great success. KCR prides itself on running quality professional events and we are flattered that our last two charity runs have been successful enough to bring forth an outpour of emails and messages from our avid supporters looking for what’s next.

We are also proud to note that over the past two years, various other similar running events have been introduced in Kuwait, from 10k races, half marathons, and an upcoming full Marathon in November. Although we value this general increased fitness activity and exposure in Kuwait, we also would like to be able to offer our supporters a unique experience.

Thus, in an effort to differentiate ourselves from other similar organizations, KCR has made the decision that it will no longer be hosting running events as such. However, in an effort to continue to transform our organization and offer ‘unique’ events that will bring the same kind of quality, success, and participation, KCR will be introducing new and exciting one off events that will be unveiled in the New Year and that will continue in the spirit that KCR was set up: to uphold fitness, participation, and of course, charity.
